What does our Cross Country involve?

The Cross Country involves a day of running events for the entire school. Students have a chance to qualify to represent the school in zone and compete against other schools.

This is a normal school day and all students are expected to attend even if they do not participate in events. No student is to make their way to the event themselves, they are to come to school and make their way there on the bus.

Students are split into their age groups and gender. Teachers are allocated an area on the track and supervise for the day.

When and where?

Our Cross Country was on the 3rd of April 2019.

It will be held at EDSACC Oval (460 The Entrance Rd).

What should I bring?

The cost is $8.00, which covers the bus fare as well as a drink, chips and a sausage sizzle.

Students should bring water, any extra food they want to bring and sun protection.

Students are to wear their sports uniform.
