Online payments

Please read this page carefully before making a payment for the first time as it contains important information regarding processing times and the information needed for making a payment. 

Terrigal High School has introduced an online payment system with Westpac to allow parents to pay for school fees, subject fees and excursions online. This is an additional option and the current methods of payment will remain available.

How can I pay?

Payments can be made using either a Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card. 

Who has access to my information?

This is a secure payment system hosted by Westpac to ensure that your credit/debit card details are captured in a secure manner. These details are not passed back to the school. The school receives only the information about the amount of money paid, who made the payment, which child and subject/excursion/sport it was for.

Can I pay for more than one child?

No, you will need to make separate payments for each child. Each time you access the online payment system you are required to enter the student's name and date of birth as no student records are held within the online payment system. As a consequence, payments for each child need to be made separately. You must also enter details about who is making the payment.

What information do I need to enter? 

Under payment options, you enter the activity or item for which you are paying. Excursion permission notes will include information about what to enter if paying online. Write a title in the payment description that will enable the school staff to match your payment with the school activity or item. You have the ability to check and change any details of the payment before the payment is processed. You can print your own receipts or have the receipt emailed to your email account. This gives you immediate proof that you have paid for the item. 

How long does it take to process my payment? 

Payments made before 6pm are processed the following business day. Payments made before 6pm on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday. Payments made after 6pm on a Friday will be processed on the following Tuesday.

When details of the payments are passed to the school they will be matched against your child’s account. As a receipt has been issued from the payment page a further receipt will not be issued by us.
