Terrigal High School opened for students in 1978 at Bateau Bay in a collection of demountable classrooms, while the permanent site at Terrigal was being constructed. The following is an historical record of our foundation classes in 1978. Below are some photos taken of students in 1978.
We acknowledge that our school rests upon the beautiful land of the Darkinjung people, and we extend our respects to Aboriginal people both past, present, and emerging. We are grateful that we are able to share this land as a place of learning and community.
