Our extra-curricular highlights
THS Boardriders
Established in 2023 with the aim of promoting surfing as a competitive and inclusive sport within the school community. The club provides students with regular opportunities to develop their surfing skills, build confidence in competition settings, and represent Terrigal High School in an organised sporting environment.
Art Club
Meets every Friday afterschool for one hour, offering 20 places and open to all year groups. Students work on club projects, weekly challenges and individual projects. We are an inclusive, safe and supportive place, encouraging socialisation with like-minded peers, creative expression and learning new skills.
Fishing Club
Beach Fishing competitions on our local Terrigal and North Avoca Beaches, Holiday target fish species challenges, beach worm clinics and more. Photo sharing of the ones that didn't get away, and the knowledge that bragging rights last forever!
